Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?

Yes, we do ship nationwide. However, some areas are affected by the COVID-19 lockdown, thus courier reach is limited.

Do you accept cash-on-delivery?

Yes. COD is available. Just please make sure there is someone in the shipping address who will receive and pay for your order. Please expect our customer service to contact you after you placed your order for confirmation. 

Can I pay using credit/debit card?

Yes, our Debit and Credit Card gateway is now available. You will be redirected to a safe page to enter your details. 

What are your other payment options?

You may pay thru cash-on-delivery, bank transfer to BPI/BDO, and Gcash/Paymaya

Do you have same day delivery?

We can work that out. Choose the same day delivery on checkout. Lalamove/Grab Express fee will be charged to you.

How to clean my wood wares?

• Wash immediately after use
• Do not soak  in water or any liquid for a long time
• Wash with light soap and dry completely
• Do not wash in dishwasher. Hand wash only
• Apply mineral oil occasionally (once a month)  then air dry before storing

It is important to thoroughly dry your wood boards and utensils after each washing to avoid proliferation of bacteria and possible "wood smell and taste" on your next use.
